Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RONDO (the “App”), published by Zetawave (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App on Android. We built the App to need as little data as possible: there is no account, no sign-in and no server of ours that receives your data.
- We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your game progress (levels, stars, settings) is stored only on your device.
- The App is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device information and advertising identifiers to show, measure and protect ads, as described below.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent, and you can change your choice at any time from the shield icon in the main menu.

2. Information stored on your device
The App saves your progress (reached level, stars, daily puzzle status, audio preference) in the App’s private storage on your device. This information never leaves your device, is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. The “copy result” feature only copies a short text to your clipboard; nothing is sent anywhere.
3. Advertising — Google AdMob
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited, to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads. To do so, the SDK may automatically collect and process:

This data is processed by Google as an independent controller according to the Google Privacy Policy. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Data is encrypted in transit. We do not receive any identifier that allows us to identify you.
4. Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where required by law, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform, a consent management platform certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework, to ask for your consent before personalised ads or other purposes that require consent. If you refuse, you may still see non-personalised or limited ads. You can review or withdraw your consent at any time by tapping the shield icon in the App’s main menu. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for personalised advertising and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in funding a free App and preventing fraud.
5. Controlling ads on your device
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads). After deleting it, apps receive a string of zeros instead of your ID.
6. Permissions
- Internet — to load ads. The game itself works offline.
- Advertising ID (
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) — used by the ads SDK as described above.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, files or precise location.
7. Children
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help you get it removed.
8. Data retention and security
We store no personal data on our systems. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies. Progress saved on your device stays there until you delete the App or its data.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Since we do not hold personal data, requests about advertising data are best handled through Google’s tools, but you can always write to us at lo2me.info@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information.
9b. TikTok integration (marketing tool)
Separately from the App, Zetawave uses an internal tool connected to TikTok through TikTok for
Developers (Login Kit and Content Posting API) to upload promotional videos of RONDO to its own TikTok
account. When the account owner authorizes the tool, TikTok provides an access token and basic profile
information (open ID, display name, avatar) and the scopes user.info.basic,
video.upload and video.publish. This data is stored only on the developer's own
computer, is used exclusively to upload and publish videos to that same account, is never shared or sold,
and can be revoked at any time from TikTok settings (Security → Manage app permissions). Players of the
App are never asked to connect TikTok.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the App changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be reflected in the App’s store listing.

Pubblicità — Google AdMob
L’App mostra banner, annunci interstiziali e video facoltativi con ricompensa tramite Google AdMob. L’SDK di Google può raccogliere identificativo pubblicitario e altri identificativi del dispositivo, indirizzo IP (da cui può ricavare una posizione approssimativa), informazioni su dispositivo e App, interazioni con gli annunci e dati diagnostici, per mostrare e misurare gli annunci e prevenire le frodi. Google agisce come titolare autonomo secondo la propria Informativa sulla privacy.
Consenso
Nello Spazio economico europeo, nel Regno Unito e in Svizzera l’App chiede il consenso tramite la User Messaging Platform di Google (certificata IAB TCF). Puoi modificare o revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento toccando l’icona a scudo nel menu principale. Base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR) per la pubblicità personalizzata; legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f) per finanziare un’App gratuita e prevenire le frodi.
Permessi
Internet (per caricare gli annunci; il gioco funziona anche offline) e ID pubblicità. Nessun accesso a fotocamera, microfono, contatti, file o posizione precisa.
Minori
L’App è destinata a un pubblico generale e non è rivolta a minori di 13 anni (o dell’età minima prevista nel tuo Paese).
Diritti
